Overview
I am a Canadian syndicated science writer and columnist specializing in psychology and mental health. My work has appeared in print and online, and has been translated into multiple languages, with bylines in New Scientist, Gehirn & Geist, and Psychology Today. At Psychology Today, I author the column Young Minds and Crime, which explores key issues in child and adolescent forensic psychology. As part of my writing, I have interviewed violent offenders across the United States, focusing on developmental risk factors and criminogenic traits. Since September 2023, I have been pursuing a psychology major at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
